Let’s talk chicken, Philipino chicken to be precise. Marinated in garlic, vinegar, and the citrus fruit calamansi for tang, then grilled up. Atchara, sweet pickled papaya, is a thing. And if you like your rice topped with crispy garlic, well, this RC is your jam.

Still not convinced? Then talk to to this guy.

We’re combining worlds here and hosting the SOME DAYS beer group, which many of you are a part of, so there will be plenty of world class beers brought that need dranking. We’ll also be coming back to our place (5 minute drive) to continue the beer nerdery and you’re invited!

One of their “things” is called a Boodle Fight, where the entire table is covered in banana leaves and food and the group goes to town on about 10 different items for $25 a person, so if that’s something you’re into, please let me know by Wednesday at 7pm as that’s the deadline for ordering. I can still take RSVP’s up until Thursday at noon.
